Mumbai: Salman Khan’ s father, Salim Khan has apologised for his son ‘raped woman’ gaffe that created an uproar since yesterday evening. Taking to Twitter, the 80-year old veteran film writer wrote, “Undoubtedly what Salman said is wrong, the simili, example and the context. The intention was not wrong.”
Apologising on Salman and his family’s behalf, Khan wrote, “Nevertheless I apologise on behalf of his family his fans & his friends. Forgiveness is to pardon the unpardonable or it is no virtue at all.” The octogenarian also beseeched everyone to forgive Salman. “To err is human to forgive divine. Today on Intl yoga day lets not run our shops on this mistake.
